Train to Gain Energy & Avoid Brain Fog | Pavel Tsatsouline & Dr. Andrew Huberman

What did Pavel say about reducing brain fog?

Looked at Arc

Analyzed Transcript

The big one Pavel emphasized was staying fresh—mentally and physically. He found that low-rep, non-exhaustive lifting (like singles and doubles) actually had a clearing, energizing effect on the mind, especially when you stop well before fatigue sets in.

Basically: short, heavy, crisp sets = more brain, less fog.

👋 Head of Product

Rewrite this to make it persuasive, we have to close Monica

Suggestion
Hey Monica, I’ve been following Superpower for a bit and really love what you’re building. Wanted to reach out about the Head of Product role.

Feels inevitable I end up at the software × longevity intersection, and Superpower feels like the place. Let’s grab coffee next week if you’re around SF—curious to hear your story and what you’re really looking for in this Head of Product.

preprocess.py — Neuma

does this logic make sense?

Looked at Cursor

Selected "def run_inference(model, config, data..."

Yeah the preprocessor setup is clean—I’d maybe just restructure it a bit for clarity and make it easier to test in isolation. Something like:

# Preprocess the data
emg_preprocessed = emg_preprocessor.process(emg_data).numpy()
imu_preprocessed = imu_preprocessor.process(imu_data).numpy()

Just makes your main function tighter and unit-testable. But honestly, you're already in good shape.

Figma

Paradigm Redesigns

what do you think of this design?

Looked at Figma

Analyzed Screenshot

Honestly, I like how clean and organized it is—feels efficient and easy to scan. But if you want it to feel a bit warmer (less spreadsheet-y), tossing in a few icons or a touch of color in the headers might make it pop more.

What do you think—is speed or vibe more important to you here?

Notion

Industrial Design Concept

do these constraints make sense?

Looked at Notion

Selected "P0: Hardware constraints — parts and c..."

The constraints make sense—they guide creativity without killing it. Prioritizing hardware and fit (P0) is smart, and keeping manufacturability at P2 works if the visuals stay grounded. But if this needs to be built—even as a mockup—that might be risky. Might be worth quietly treating manufacturability as a P1 to keep things tethered to reality.

You thinking of tweaking any of them or feeling like something’s missing from the current set?

How should I respond to Gevena?

Looked at Slack

You could say something like:

"Totally hear you on 02 and 04—those stood out to me too. Gradient transparency could be dope, but might be tricky to pull off cleanly—worth exploring if it fits the CMF direction though."

Then maybe ask something back to keep the convo going, like:

"Are you thinking transparency just for visual pop, or to show internal components?"

Linear

APL-100 - Redesign Mechanical Prototype

which of these things is must have vs nice to have?

Looked at Linear

Given your project requirement, I'd recommend keeping the flex + coax test, boom angle correction, and board/housing mount—those are the backbone.

But you can drop flex tape wrapping, padding, stealth ball joint tweaks for now—comfort tuning comes after core mechanics work.
